Ingredients
3/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup cashews (natural)
1 tablespoon Red Seal Collagen Builder powder
3 tablespoons Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Vanilla Flavour powder (optional)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 cup coconut (desiccated)
1 lemon zest
Instructions
Step 1:
Grind the cashew nuts in a food processor
Step 2:
Add the coconut, raspberries, protein powder, collagen powder and lemon zest. Mix to combine
Step 3:
Roll into balls and then roll in more coconut if you like.
Step 4:
Store in the freezer and serve from frozen
