Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp passionfruit puree or fresh passionfruit pulp
- 2 Red Seal Passionfruit & Vanilla Hot or Cold brew tea bags
- 1/4 cup yogurt (coconut or greek)
- 1 fresh peach
Instructions
Step 1.
Steep the Passionfruit and Vanilla hot or cold brew tea bags in the coconut milk for 2 minutes until you’re happy with the flavour
Step 2.
Put 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into 2 small cups. Mix the flavoured coconut milk with the chia seeds and leave to sit for at least 5 minutes
Step 3.
When the chia seeds and flavoured milk have set, add a layer of yoghurt before topping with passionfruit puree and a couple of fresh peach slices
Note - store in the fridge - optional to set overnight and eat for breakfast
