Makes 12 balls
Ingredients
½ cup almond flour
½ cup Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Vanilla Flavour
½ cup peanut butter
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1.In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour and Red Seal FIT Protein Natural Vanilla Flavour.
- Add peanut butter, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix to combine. The mixture should be a thick cookie dough that holds together. If the mixture is too dry add a dash more milk.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to scoop tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 12 balls.
- Enjoy straight away, store in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for up to 3 months.
