Blend or shake 2 scoops of powder with 250ml of water, milk or milk alternative. See below for recipe suggestion. Almond and Berry Protein Smoothie: (serves 1) 1 cup (250ml) almond milk unsweetened, 1 banana, 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 tsp Red Seal Manuka Honey, 2 scoops (30g) Fit Protein - Chocolate. Place all ingredients into a blender, cover and blend until smooth.
